Co-ordinating a Physical Theatre project for young women in Merseyside about Climate Change, and Assistant Directing the performance by leading workshops and devising processes. The performance was titled 'Now or Never' and was performed at the Seeds of Change Community Event.
COMMUNITY CONSULTANT & PROJECT ASSISTANT

‘Seeds of Change’ – a Community Environmental Arts project based in Toxteth, Liverpool. I assisted in the delivery of this project including management and administration. I also facilitated sessions with community groups to create a public art installation made from recycled materials. The installation was revealed at a Community Event including arts and environmental workshops, and the 'Now or Never' Physical Theatre performance.

'Fight for The Future' was an online creative project working with young people from the Wirral, Merseyside, creatively exploring activism and campaigning against environmental issues.
My role included facilitating online creative workshops with the young people, leading the making of creative material, and supporting the young people in devising their Social Action Campaign.

Produced and created a digital creative response to ‘First Times’, a collaborative project involving 14 women from Skein Collective responding to the theme ‘First Times’, published online. Funded and supported by Tmesis Theatre.

‘Picture This’ was a digital Arts Awards project working with Young Carers in Merseyside. My role included maintaining contact with participants, mentorship and supporting online workshops.

‘Life in Static’ is a curation of digital responses to COVID-19, created by the Tmesis’ Wicked Women. I produced this project, mentored by Claire Bigley (Tmesis Producer), and created a response in collaboration with The Belvedere Centre (service for adults with additional needs).

FRIENDS OF EVERTON PARK

Working in partnership with the Friends of Everton, ‘Everlasting Everton: A Story Through Time’, involved working with several community organsiaitons to create a performance that would have promenaded through Everton Park, telling it’s story: including community performers, participation and live music.
This project concluded prematurely due to COVID-19, however there was an emphasis from participants for the project to be 'postponed' not 'cancelled'.

Teaching English through drama, music, dance and play across Italy, working in various English Language Summer Camps.

‘A Wonderful Woodchurch Christmas Pantomime’ was a piece of Theatre for Democracy created with residents of the Woodchurch Estate, Birkenhead that explored local issues and practical solutions. A participatory performance presented to residents, councilors, and decision makers.

‘When William Met Dave’ was a cross-community celebratory performance involving several community groups in Port Sunlight and the surrounding areas.
My role included facilitating devising workshops with community groups, managing the production team, project and event management.
